The U.S. Small Business Administration's February web chat will be conducted on Thursday, Feb. 16 to provide advice to  entrepreneurs on starting a business.

Janice Washington, state director of the Arizona Small Business Development Center Network, will host the web chat on "New Year, New Business: How to Start it Right." Washington, a business consultant and former business owner, will answer questions about the early steps to take when starting a business and the resources that are available.

The web chat is from 12 noon-1 p.m.

Participants can join the live web chat and post questions before the chat by going online to www.sba.gov and clicking on the web chat event under "What's New."
